誇啦啦藝術集匯（誇啦啦）致力以其獲獎之雙語學習劇場™方法，培育新一代年輕人。我們相信藝術帶來啟發、動力及轉變，以藝術融入教育的方法鼓勵創意學習。而誇啦啦的英文縮寫意指「藝術融合教育以轉化人生」。

我們是一個註冊慈善團體，提供多元化跨界別項目，2008年成立至今觀眾及參加者超過232,525名，2009年起成為康樂及文化事務署轄下的西灣河文娛中心場地伙伴。

誇啦啦於2015年獲羅兵咸道選為本地10間具影響力的非政府機構，參與其社會影響評估指導計劃。誇啦啦曾獲香港藝術發展局頒發2014及2017香港藝術教育獎，亦兩度獲得香港特別行政區政府「藝能發展資助計劃」的躍進資助。誇啦啦推廣藝術、工程、數學和科技作為教學方法，首創專為自閉症或有學習障礙年輕人而設的「自在劇場」，以及香港大學李嘉誠學院醫學人文科（表演藝術）。

The Absolutely Fabulous Theatre Connection (AFTEC) is an award-winning bilingual Learning Theatre™ and dedicated to nurturing the next generations of young people. We believe in the power of the arts to inspire, motivate and transform, and use an integrated arts-in-education approach to enhance education and encourage creative learning. Our acronym A.F.T.E.C. also stands for Arts For Transformative Educational Change.

Established in 2008 as a registered charity, we have reached over 232,525 audience members and participants through our diverse cross-disciplinary projects to date, and have been the Venue Partner of the Sai Wan Ho Civic Centre under the LCSD Venue Partnership Scheme since 2009.

AFTEC was selected as a top 10 high impact NGO in the PwC Community Mentoring Programme on social impact assessment in 2015, a recipient of Hong Kong Arts Development Council's Award for Arts Education 2014 & 2017, and is a two-time recipient of the Springboard Grant under the Arts Capacity Development Funding Scheme of the HKSAR Government. AFTEC pioneered Relaxed Theatre for young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder and learning difficulties and the Performing Arts module of Medical Humanities for the University of Hong Kong's Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, developing STEAM as a teaching & learning approach.

2019-20年度， 兩大亂象在年內留下烙印：2019年起社會連番動盪，以及新型冠狀病毒肺炎由2020年1月開始肆虐。常規受到破壞，瓦解的狀態成為生活的常態，全球藝壇停滯不前，被迫封鎖。當第一浪疫情來襲，誇啦啦全速應變，實行在家工作模式。

對於誇啦啦來說，動盪主要影響了我們的戲劇製作。學校停課，我們以網上持續課堂的方式補救，更藉此維繫師生的社區意識和情誼。

誇啦啦「浮游之樂」藝動沙螺灣藝術節在2019年10月終至11月舉行，當時情況岌岌可危。不過，董事局和團隊仝人一致認同，即使當下動盪不安，大家不可放棄，因為這份堅持象徵希望。想及連串跨界別活動的人流或會稀少，我們拍下藝術節點滴，現已製成紀錄片段，在本網站公諸同好。最後整項活動的到訪人數理想，令人萬分驚喜。我們亦欣然宣佈，「浮游之樂」藝動沙螺灣活動剛榮獲香港藝術發展局頒發「藝術推廣獎」，在如此艱難年頭，這份榮譽是莫大的鼓勵。

這份公司報告因為2020年和疫情反覆延誤出版。年報現在終於面世，希望你閱覽時亦樂在其中。

The 2019-20 season was punctuated with two tumultuous events: the social unrest starting in June 2019 and the onslaught of the Covid-19 pandemic at the end of January 2020. Disruptions to normalcy became the staple for life and globally the arts sectors went into stagnation and lockdown. During the first wave of the pandemic, AFTEC went into contingency overdrive working from home.

At AFTEC, the unrest impinged upon theatre productions in the main. Schools closed and we went online salvaging ongoing classes plus offering a sense of community and comraderie to teachers and students alike. The Flow with AFTEC @ Shalowan festival on Lantau Island was hanging by a thread in late October/November 2019. However, the board and the team decided that we must persist in spite of the unrest as a mark of hope. In the event that few could come to this cross-disciplinary series of events, we filmed the festival, now available as a documentary on this site. Miraculously, we had a very good turnout. We are also very delighted to say that the Hong Kong Arts Development Council has just presented the Flow festival with an 'Award for Arts Promotion'. This is most encouraging for a challenging year.

This company report was delayed as a result of 2020 and waves of Covid. It is here now and we hope you will enjoy it. May I thank the Board of Directors for seeing us through the year giving us unfailing support and much wise advice. To the AFTEC team, we will come out of this stronger and more resilient than ever.
